Justin Thomas managed to win this eight PGA Tour when he won the Honda Classic in Florida on Sunday. It took a playoff to decide the winner, with Luke List pushing fellow American Thomas all the way after they were tied on eight under par after four rounds.
The US PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Golf Club was won by Justin Thomas who finished eight under par to secure his first major victory. Kevin Kisner had headed into the final round in control at the top of the leader board, with Thomas trailing by two shots, but the American fought back to claim victory in North Carolina. Read more
The PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Club is just a couple of days away and already Jordan Spieth and Rory McIlroy are being tipped as the likely winners. Spieth has a chance to become the youngest man to win all the Grand Slam events on Golf’s PGA tour and is currently one of only two men to have won three different majors at the age of 23, the other being Jack Nicklaus.
